Our backgrounds and interest in construction also bring a strong network of professionals to help you with repairs to your home for listing and to help with renovations for new buyers. One Stop Home Pros is also a proud member of the Home Builders Association and is in the process of obtaining their Master Builder Designation and currently holds a seat on the board of directors. Meet Devon, our fearless leader and creator of One Stop Home Pros. After enjoying a successful corporate marketing career for 25 years, Devon turned to one of her true passions; renovating, home flipping and real estate. Her strong marketing background and knowledge of construction are instrumental in ensuring her clients truly maximize the value in their homes and her certification as a Home Stager help her to ensure her sellers have the best chance possible to maximize the value in their homes and get them sold quickly.

Meet Becky, as the youngest daughter of Devon, Becky was immersed in renovations and construction from a young age and quickly learned the value renovating a home can bring with her first home purchase in her early 20’s. She enjoyed the property while renovating it and quickly sold the home and made a sizeable profit from her efforts which she reinvested into her first rental property. Her experience has helped many buyers and sellers understand the value of real estate and the importance of proper construction when purchasing a home. Becky is determined to continue learning to serve her clients at the highest level and recently raised the bar by becoming a Certified Home Stager offering expert consultation to both buyers and sellers.
